Processing and Shipping Time
Our working days is 9am to 4pm Mon-Fri. The vast majority of orders are processed on the same or next working day but in busier seasons orders are can take a little longer.
Once processed, the order is collected by our local courier for shipment. We have collections every working day, in busier seasons we can have multiple collections a day.
If your order misses the collection for the day it will go out on the next available collection.
Tracking data is generated when the label is printed not when collected by the courier so please build this into your expectations on delivery times.
Once an order is collected our couriers ship typically within 48 working hours.
Whilst we endeavour to deliver products within the specified timescales we cannot guarantee delivery in, or accept liability for deliveries made outside those timescales. We do not accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.
I need my order urgently can you ship faster?! Why don't you offer next day services?
We understand that many orders are for gifts and special occasions and can be time sensitive. We do our very best to process and ship orders as fast as possible. We no longer offer next day shipping because there is often an unreasonable expectation for these services and it leads only to disappointment (eg. ordering a minute before midnight and expecting the order to arrive 8am the next day!!).
Can you offer cheaper shipping?
No.
Our shipping prices are often already subsidised and cheaper than the rates we pay the couriers. Unfortunately the reality is that labour, packaging and delivery costs have gone up. There are cheaper services available but there are often compromises on tracking, insurance, pick up reliability, delivery times, handling of fragile parcels and successful delivery track record.
